ARCHITECTURE
HSI DESIGN GROUP provides architectural services for a variety of building types including single and multi-family residential, office and retail, entertainment and hospitality projects, with a focus on historic preservation, restoration, and adaptive re-use.
In many cases, HSI has been asked to associate with the architect of record, to provide specific services, in particular, historic preservation consulting.
In addition, the HSI interiors staff will often call on the architectural staff to assist in providing the best solutions for a particular design problem. This collaborative team-approach brings a more inspired and coordinated solution thus providing a successful end-result for the project.

DWYER BUILDING c.1860's
The building will become part of the new Hilton Canopy Hotel - the existing building was deconstructed, and will be reconstructed with the historic stone, with the ground floor constructed of new limestone (to replace a poor 1970's remodel) and other details recreated based on historic photos.
