Meet The Principals
Lisa Petrosky, RID
With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Lisa's background incorporates both interior design and procurement experience. She has managed large scale renovations programs nationwide to include the re-imaging of a hotel chain with over 30,000 rooms.
Lisa coaches her team to approach all projects from the Owner / Operator perspective where increased product performance results in a higher return on investment over the life cycle of the project. Her thoughtful approach to value engineering results in significant cost savings without sacrifice of quality and aesthetic appeal.
Lisa is a graduate of Incarnate Word College (now University of the Incarnate Word) with a BA in Interior Design and is a Registered Interior Designer (RID) in the State of Texas. She is a member of NEWH and a past member of Color Marketing Group. She has volunteered her time with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the San Antonio Symphony League and St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Charles John, AIA, NCARB, RID
Charles John, AIA is Principal in charge of Architecture and Design and brings over forty six years of experience as an architect and interior designer to the Firm. Charles has been involved with an array of building types that include multi-use developments, educational facilities, office and retail projects, entertainment and hospitality projects, with a specialization in the restoration and renovation of historic properties. He has received numerous awards for his work.
He is active in his profession and community, having served as President of San Antonio AIA and the Board of the Texas Society of Architects. He is currently serving as President of Preservation Texas and on the Boards of the Conservation Society of San Antonio, and Mission Heritage Partners.
A graduate of The University of Texas and the University of Houston, he is a Registered Architect in Texas and California and a Registered Interior Designer in Texas. Charles is an active member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
